Tasting Notes: 

Serve between 16°C - 18°C

A bouquet of blackberry, raspberry, mint and menthol which becomes more intense on aeration. The palate is well balanced, smooth and has velvety tannins. The finish has notes of dark chocolate and hints of truffle. 

Pairing Notes:

This Pomnerol is packed full of flavour and is best served with grilled meat dishes.
