COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING Casserole dish: Spread the onions in the casserole dish. Add water to the way up to the onions. Add some butter (approximatly 10g for 255 g of onions), salt and pepper. Cook over a high heat for 12 to 14 min, until the evaporation of water, stirring regularly. Microwave oven: Pour the onions in a suitable dish with 1/2 glass of water. Cover and reheat for the indicated amount of time. Microwave power level: 900W - For 100 g > 4 min For 225 g > 7 min. Pressure cooker: Pour 2 glasses of water into the pressure cooker. Place the onions on the high setting and close. Once the valve is turning, cook for 5 minutes.Product information
