The Paul Mas vineyards are located in the Occitanie region of South of France, and are planted on the hillsides of the best wine-producing valleys of the region. Our Syrah is crafted from low-yield vineyards according to the purest winemaking tradition. The wine is then partly aged in oak barrels. This wine's alluring palate is packed with black fruit flavours, violets and spice with a smooth mouth-feel and a long finish. This wine will pair well with meat pastries, red grilled meats, pasta dishes or strong-flavoured cheeses.
