We have adopted our viticultural techniques to the physical environment. High vine densities and low yields, comparable to prestigious Old World viticultural regions, are a notable feature of our approach.
Regional Information
Within the Marlborough region this is one of the sunniest and driest areas in New Zealand. A rare combination of long dry summers, mild sunny days and cool clear nights provides perfect conditions for the production of ripe, intensely flavoured grapes.

Vinification Details
The juice is processed under anaerobic conditions and fermented cool in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh vibrant fruit inherent to Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was blended, fined, stabilised then filtered before bottling under screwcap.
