Nurofen Max strength Joint and Back 10% Gel contains Ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is known for it's anti-inflammatory properties and recommended by the NHS as the first line treatment for back pain. Whether it's aches, strains or sprains, with Nurofen Gel you can rub in pain relief directly where it hurts. For over 30 years, Nurofen has helped to provide millions of people with pain relief. We are experienced in pain relief, and we're here to help.

Dosage: For topical use. Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Squeeze 50 to 125 mg (4 to 10 cm) of the gel from the tube and lightly rub into the affected area until absorbed. The dose should not be repeated more frequently than every four hours and no more than 4 times in any 24 hour period.
