Suitable for the microwave Usage: The NUK Microwave Steam Steriliser is practical, economical and suitable for all NUK Bottles (First Choice and Standard bottles) and for other commercially available bottles. The steriliser disinfects up to 4 bottles and accessories in just 4 minutes. Most of your baby feeding bottle parts should be suitable for microwave sterilisation. The steriliser is suitable for microwaves with an output of 500 to 1000W. Use: Carefully wash and rinse bottles and accessories. Remove the lid of the steriliser and poor 200ml water into the base of the Microwave Steam Steriliser (WARNING! It is essential to use a measuring jug to ensure the 200ml capacity is adhered to exactly, otherwise the Microwave Steam Steriliser may be damaged.) Put the bottles upside down in the openings provided in the bottle holder and arrange the accessories over the remaining surface. Close the lid of the steriliser. To ensure the lid is properly locked, check that the markings are aligned. Put the steriliser in the Microwave oven and set to the relevant power and time. Do not exceed the time quotes. (WARNING! To prevent any scalding from hot steam or hot moisture, wait 5 minutes before removing from the microwave oven.) To open the steriliser easily, turn the lid until the latch opens. The remove the lid. Ensure you protect your hands adequately. Cleaning and disinfecting: To avoid any lime scale deposits, dry the steriliser with a cloth after every use. The steriliser can be cleaned using warm, soapy water. If you have to remove lime scale use diluted household vinegar.Product information
