iFIT's intelligent fitness technology can control your elliptical to deliver workouts that are personalized to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your 22 digital resistance levels based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. The power ramp of this elliptical goes from -5% to 15%. The built-in 5” high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, power ramp percentage, distance, and estimated calories.
The AirGlide LE Elliptical provides a great way to burn calories with low-impact traditional elliptical movements thanks to the front drive design. Your feet will stay comfortable and secure in the large and adjustable cushioned pedals. The soft touch handles are comfortable to hold even during the more intense parts of your workout. When you need it, the conveniently located water bottle holder makes water easy to reach.
