Shake well before use. Do not spray directly on to the face/avoid inhalation. Apply generously before sun exposure to give a visible layer and reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring or towelling

Warnings

Avoid intensive midday sun (11am-3pm). Applying insufficient product will lower the level of protection. Wear protective clothing (hat, t-shirt, sunglasses) and apply sufficient sun- screen on sun-exposed areas (face, arms, and legs).
