Cooking Instructions - General. Squeeze pouch well to separate grains.; Microwave - From Ambient. (1000W): tear open 2cm at top of pouch, heat on max for 90 seconds.; Stir Fry - From Ambient. Medium heat for 2 minutes. Do not reheat.
