How to applyPlace support around hips, position pad comfortably and secure main fastener. Bring strap through legs & through loop on rear of support. Adjust to achieve desired level of compression. Ensure pressure pad is in position. Secure rear fastener until comfortable.
SizingTo size, measure waist circumference
Small: 65-80cm (25.6-31.5in)Medium: 80-100cm (31.5-39.4in)Large: 100-125cm (39.4-49.2in)Materials: Cotton, Elastane, Polyester, Viscose, Polyamide, Polyurethane
Hand wash cold (do not use fabric softener). Dry flat. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not iron.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
