Super simple to make - just add boiling water to the ready mix, mould and cook following the instructions on the pouch!

Combining only nature's most powerful ingredients such as pea protein, nutritional yeast and hemp seeds – this sausage mix is better for you and also better for the planet. Hemp seeds taste deliciously nutty and provide omega-3 fatty acids and all the 9 essential amino acids the body cannot produce itself. To ensure that they maintain their nutrient density, the hemp seeds in this mix are always cold processed. Hemp is not only an excellent source of protein, but also beneficial for the environment. It grows fast, absorbing high levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide into its cellulose fibres and needs no pesticide chemicals. It’s also almost waste-free since nearly every part of the plant can be usefully processed. Textured pea protein is extracted from yellow peas, a delicious plant-based source of 8 essential amino acids, grown and handled with exceptional care. This mix also includes nutritional yeast flakes for a boost of protein, B vitamins and trace minerals. They have a delicious cheese taste and contain all 9 essential amino acids.

Always read the label

Oats (26%), Nutritional yeast (18%), Sunflower seeds (18%), Hemp seeds (12%), Sundried Tomatoes (6%), Onion powder, Tomato powder, Garlic powder, Sea salt, Dried Basil (2%), Dried Thyme, Black Pepper, Paprika.

Directions:

Oven cook 1. Pre heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. 2. Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 10-12 mins. 3. Turn sausages halfway through cooking. 4. Consume immediately. Do not reheat. Pan cook 1. Set hob to medium heat. 2. Add 1-2 tsps of oil to the pan & pre heat pan. 3. Cook for approximately 7-10 mins. 4. Turn frequently to give an even colour. 5. Consume immediately. Do not reheat. Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Shake well to mix before use. Once opened, consume within 1 month.
