What is it?
Nature's Garden Sea Kelp is a herb sourced from the brown seaweed and is a natural source of the mineral Iodine. Kelp also contains alginate.
What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
Take one to three tablets daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
