FLAVOUR IS A FRONTIERNatoora Ripe Italian Mixed Peaches- We select White and Yellow varieties for flavour rather than yield and our peaches are allowed to fully ripen on the tree, ensuring consistently high levels of natural sugars in the flesh.- Our White Peaches are grown for us by Domenico in Campania.- Domenico capitalises on the long hours of sunshine and mild climate, thinning the branches early in the season to allow the remaining fruit to absorb a higher concentration of nutrients.- Our season for Yellow Peaches begins in Campania, where the weather is warmer earlier in the year.- As summer progresses we move northwards, sourcing them first from Liguria.- The varieties that have a red blush have high levels of anthocyanins which produce the berry colour blushes and flavours.Take it further- Sliced, brushed with extra virgin olive oil and served with mozzarella.- Halved and roasted, served on sourdough with ricotta.Our packaging is plastic-free- We have developed our own revolutionary packaging which is entirely plastic-free and home disposable. Each of our recyclable cardboard punnets is flow-wrapped with home-compostable film which, unlike traditional plastic flow-wrap, disintegrates within 180 days.
