The varieties will change over the season and flavours will evolve.- The Montauban valley is the ideal environment for stone fruit to thrive: mineral-rich soil, warm days and cool nights.- Marc uses canopies in his orchards, which protect the fruit from birds but let in essential sunlight.- Handpicked at full maturity during their natural season of June to September.Take it further- Poached with bay and lemon peel.- Halved and roasted, served on sourdough with ricotta.Our packaging is plastic-free- We have developed our own revolutionary packaging which is entirely plastic-free and home disposable.
