How to use
HOW TO USE
VALVE ACTIVATION
1.The straw contains a one-way valve to prevent spills. This straw must be activated before first use. Locate the valve inside the upper portion of the straw and squeeze to activate it.
2. To reseal the straw, pinch the sides together and slide your fingers along the length of the straw. Secure the top cap to the straw.
3. Check to ensure no gaps or openings for a proper leak-proof seal.
4. Insert the straw into the lid until the arrows aligned. Turn the tether away from the edge.
Note: The lid does not need to be screwed.
5. Fill the cup with drinking water. To ensure a leak-proof seal, push the lid firmly down.
6. To prevent leaking or spilling while not in use, push the spout down gently on the tip position until the tip is secured by the release tab. When place in the changing bag, make sure the cup stays upright. The cup is leakproof when the spout is secured by the release tab. Keep the cup upright when place in the diaper bag or lunch bag. Keep the cup upright when place in any type of bag.
7. To open, press the release tab to free the spout.
Note: Remove all packaging components before use. Wash and Inspect before use. Do not let child walk or run while carrying the cup. Do not allow child to play, bite or chew on straw. Do not use with hot liquids.
Do not use with carbonated beverages or pulpy juices. Prolonged chewing over time is not advised on any straw, as this may lead to tooth damage and could weaken top section of straw. HOW TO CLEAN
A. Remove the lid by pulling straight up from the cup. The lid does not need to be unscrewed.
B. Pull the straw from the lid.
C. Remove the top cap, then open the straw lengthwise at the seam by pulling the sides apart.
Note: Before first use, disassemble and clean the product and then place the components in boiling water for 5 min. This is to ensure hygiene. Before each subsequent use clean carefully to ensure hygiene. Top rack Dishwasher Safe. Do not boil, sterlise or microwave the cup after first use.
