Our hand-stretched, wood fired base is produced using a 24-hour slow ferment dough made with 00 flour. Topped with our signature tomato sauce made with sweet tomatoes, garlic & olive oil finished with basil.

You may notice some dark charring on the dough from our woodfired oven, these are expertly curated through the bake, you may see this through the toppings but all it does is add to the fantastic, authentic flavour!
