Method
50min. Serves 4

1 Preheat oven to 180C (160C for fan oven), Gas Mark 4. Do not exceed this temperature. Remove and unfold the cooking bag from top of the sachet, keep the red tie for later use. Place 4 x 150g cubed chicken breasts, 1 large sliced courgette, 1 large sliced red pepper and 230g tin of chopped tomatoes into the bag. Add the seasoning from sachet into the bag.
2 Close the bag at the end using the red tie. Mix together by gently massaging the seasoning into the ingredients. Place the bag on its side into a large ovenproof dish, spreading out the ingredients. Do not pierce the bag. Place dish on the bottom shelf of the oven. The bag expands so ensure there is enough space between racks.
3 Cook for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before opening - the steam will be very hot. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked through and piping hot. Serve the juice chicken with pasta and a side salad - see our serving suggestion below.

1 Sprinkle
Preheat oven to 180C (160C for fan ovens), Gas Mark 4. Do not exceed this maximum temperature. Tear open the top part of the sachet and remove the cooking bag (the tie is folded into the bag). Open out the bag and add 4 cubed chicken breasts, 1 large sliced courgette, 1 deseeded and sliced red pepper and 230g can chopped tomatoes. Tip the seasoning from the lower part of the sachet into the bag.
2 Coat
Use the tie provided to close the bag at the end. Coat the chicken in the seasoning by gently mixing and turning the bag. Place the bag flat into an ovenproof dish, spreading the ingredients out. Do not pierce holes in the bag. Place on the bottom shelf of the oven. The bag expands so make sure there is enough space between racks.
3 Cook
Cook for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before opening - the steam will be very hot. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked and piping hot throughout. Enjoy the juicy chicken and rich tomato sauce.
