MacuShield Gold contains zinc to help maintain normal vision, as well as copper, vitamin C and vitamin E, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Developed in collaboration with leading eye experts, MacuShield Gold contains all three macular carotenoids; Lutein (10mg), Zeaxanthin (2mg) and Meso-zeaxanthin (10mg). MacuShield Gold also contains zinc which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
Research shows that the macular carotenoids - Lutein, Meso-Zeaxanthin and Zeaxanthin - are found at the back of the eye, in the macula. The macula is a sensitive part of the eye that is responsible for detailed, central vision. Here, the macular carotenoids form the macula pigment, which looks like a yellow spot at the back of the eye.
The body can’t make macular carotenoids, so we have to consume them in our diet. The macular carotenoids used within MacuShield are obtained from Marigolds (Tagetus Erecta), which have been specifically grown for this purpose.

How to use

Take three easy to take softgel capsules daily, preferably with food.
