Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 13-16 mins
Heat 15ml of oil in a pan. Once hot, add 200g of diced chicken. Pan fry for 5-6 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Add the jar of sauce and simmer gently for 8-10 mins. Garnish with sliced spring onions.

280g chicken breast, diced into approx. 4cm cubes.
Method
1. Heat 15ml oil in a pan, add the diced chicken and pan fry for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
2. Add the jar of sauce and simmer gently for 8 - 10 minutes.
3. Garnish with sliced spring onions
Do not reheat.
Serve with egg fried rice
