Carving
Correct carving is important. Use a sharp knife and a two-pronged fork with thumb guard.
1. Place the cooked joint on a carving board and pierce the joint firmly with the carving fork.
2. Carve the joint thinly from one end to the other.

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Remove film by running a sharp knife around rim of foil. Place directly on oven shelf. Baste occasionally.
Allow to stand for 10 mins before carving.
Do not reheat.
