2 Chicken breasts
4 rashers streaky bacon
75g Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Red pepper
200g Frozen French fries
Optional: Spring onions, Sour cream

Hunters Chicken With Dirty Fries
Prep Time 15 mins Cook Time 30 mins
Preheat oven to 220C/Fan 200C
1 Wrap each chicken breast with 2 rashers of bacon and place on a lightly oiled baking tray.
2 Mix the BBQ seasoning, the fries, the red pepper and a splash of oil and place on the side of the tray.
3 Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the juices of the chicken run clear.
4 Place the chicken on top of the fries, cover with the smokehouse sauce and sprinkle on the cheese.
5 Cook for a further 3 minutes and serve.
