Serving Notes
This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from the pack five minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Kinglas Fillet: delicate and subtly smoky, with hints of sweetness. The faintest tang of oak, and a satisfying fullness of flavour.
Instructions
This salmon fillet is best served cut into medallions to appreciate its delicate taste and smooth texture. Bring to room temperature before serving and season to taste with black pepper and fresh lemon juice.
