Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-Fry Sauce 50g

A perfect ready-to-use quick & easy noodle stir-fry sauce that replicates restaurant flavours. The sauce adds rich flavour to your noodle dish as well as bringing out the umami taste in the fresh ingredients. It is suitable for all kinds of egg noodles, udon, ramen, rice vermicelli, and even pasta.

Simple
Just Add:
200g egg noodles, fresh or rehydrated
150g sirloin steak, sliced
150g mix stir-fry vegetables
- 50g carrots, fine sliced
- 50g red /yellow/green pepper, finely sliced
- 30g beansprout
- 20g tenderstem broccoli, cut into bite size
1 tsp ginger, granted
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 pack of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce
- Also great to use for pork, chicken, vegan meat or portobello mushrooms.

Easy
1 Marinate the beef with 1 Tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce and set aside for 10mins.
2 Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, then stir-fry beef for 2mins then add ginger and broccoli to cook for another 2mins.
3 Add egg noodles, rest of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce and vegetables to stir-fry for further 5mins, or until all ingredients are heated through then serve.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
