The Le Creuset sauté pan type of pan has a large cooking surface with high sides to create less mess. It's ideal for reducing sauces, browning potatoes, vegetables or meat and for keeping moisture in with the lid.

Stylish design coupled with superb cooking results, the 3-ply stainless steel range from Le Creuset has a special three-layer construction ensuring an even and efficient spread of heat throughout the entire body of each pan and preventing hot spots during cooking.

Using the latest multi-layering technology, stainless steel and aluminium are bonded together to form the special 3-ply material. A core of aluminium is sandwiched between two layers of premium-grade stainless steel, cleverly combining the cooking benefits of both materials. The aluminium stretches from base to rim, meaning heat spreads evenly and gently throughout the entire pan, not just the base.

The professional-style cast handles are attached with stainless steel rivets for a superior, secure fixing. Suitable for use on all types of hob, including induction, the pan is also oven safe to 220°C and is dishwasher safe. Each pan is covered by a lifetime guarantee.
