The Le Clos du Chateau L'Oiseliniere leaves a youthful and crystalline precision on the palate. The wine has some melon notes, and leaves a long grapefruit finish. It also has a salty taste, this is due to the Muscadet Vinyards being situated closer to the sea. Muscadet is a bone dry white wine from the French Valley of Loire. It is made only from Melon de Bourgogne Grapes. 

This specific wine is best paired with dishes that contain Seafood.
