History: Based in Treviso, in the heart of Prosecco country, La Gioiosa is one of Italy's leading Prosecco producers. Owned by the Moretti Polegato family, La Gioiosa represents he tradition of winemaking which has been passed through generations of the family. La Gioiosa consistently wins awards across the globe and its quality wines are enjoyed by many.
Regional information: The grapes are sourced from across the picturesque Treviso DOC area, encompassing rolling hillsides and alluvial plains. Each site contributes distinct characteristics to the final composition of the wine.
Vinification: La Gioiosa has developed a unique method of chilling the juice prior to fermentation so that each wine has a signature freshness. This also helps to enhance the aromatic profile of each wine, as all the fragrances from harvest are preserved.
