Our sauces are inspired by a Venezuelan Avocado Hot Sauce called Guasacaca. In Latin America, you will find it on every table and squeeze a little on whatever feels right. We use ripe avocados to make Kumana - yes, the actual fruit - not just the oil. Avocados deliver a naturally creamy texture and our chillies add a kick. This is why Kumana is versatile and goes great with everything - sandwiches, tacos, chicken, eggs and burgers.
