Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Seafood
Stirfy 450g of prawns in a hot pan with 1tsp of vegetable oil. Add the contents of the pouch, stirring continuously. Cover and simmer until the prawns are cooked and the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. Serve hot, and if desired garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Prawns may be replaced with white fish or chicken.
Vegetarian
Replace prawns with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) or mixed vegetables (courgettes, cauliflower, peas, potatoes and carrots).
