Cooking instructions: General

Cooking instructions the following are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results oven bake from frozen. Do not reheat.

Microwave: From Frozen

800 Watt: remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 13 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Take care as meal will be hot. Serve.

Oven cook: From Frozen

Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C Fan Oven/ Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 50-55 minutes. Serve.

WARNING! Although every effort has been made to remove all bones, some may remain.
