Keeprs Dark n Stormy 50ml Keeprs Spiced Rum 25ml Lime Juice 5ml Ginger Syrup Soda water Lime wedge Add lime juice, ginger syrup and rum to a shaker with a small handful of crushed ice and shake till you hear no ice, crack open shaker and add a dash of soda water. Pour into a hi-ball glass filled with ice and top with soda water if needed. Garnish with a lime wedge. Rum Old Fashioned 50ml Keeprs dark Rum 1 Brown sugar cube Angostura Bitters Orange and lemon peel Soak sugar cube in bitters and gentle muddle at bottom of glass until smooth like a paste, add rum and 3-4 ice cubes and stir for 10 revolutions. Add a few more ice cubes till rocks glass is full and stir again for 10-15 revolutions. Garnish with orange and lemon peel.
