The Kasumi Damascus series is made from 32 layers of Damascus steel with a VG-10 core, a high carbon steel for durability and ease of sharpening. Each knife is bevelled with a 15-degree angle, creating an extremely sharp edge. Each knife is finished off with a perfectly fitting Pakkawood handle which closely resembles wood but is more hard-wearing.

The 12cm utility knife is a small, versatile knife perfect for more delicate tasks and great for cutting fruit and small vegetables.
