Kalms tablets promote natural sleep and can also bring relief to symptoms associated with the menopause including wakefulness, hot flushes and cold sweats.

Directions

Swallow 2 tablets three times a day with water after meals.

Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old. As the effects of this product may not occur immediately, the ablets should be taken continuously for 2-4 weeks.
