Jus-Rol Pizza Dough with Sourdough 400g

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Ethyl Alcohol, Raising Agents (Glucono-Delta-Lactone, Potassium Carbonates), Sugar, Dehydrated Wheat Sourdough (0.6%), Deactivated Yeast, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid)

Preparation and usage: As tempting as it may be, do not eat the raw dough. This product requires cooking. Once opened please prepare and use immediately.

To make your dough easier to stretch, let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes while you preheat your oven to 230°C (fan) or 250°C (convection oven) and begin to prepare your toppings. A hot tray will give your pizza a golden lift.

• Lightly sprinkle some flour on your surface and the dough to stop it from sticking. Stretch it gently by hand to the size you fancy.
• Now spoon on your passata sauce, leaving an inch or so from the edge to get a nice golden crust.
• Now time to get creative and add your tasty toppings. If you need a little inspiration, scan the QR code - or just use ingredients you've already got in.
• Pop your topped pizza onto the preheated tray and bake for around 10 minutes, or until the crust turns a lovely golden colour. For heavier toppings, thicker dough, or a different oven type, it might need a little extra time.
