What's So Good About...?
The texture of pearl barley makes it a joy to cook with, plus it's high in fibre so it helps to prevent a dip in energy after a meal. It's a super-versatile grain so enjoy it in soups, stews and casseroles.

Microwave: From Ambient

To heat up, squeeze the pouch to separate the contents. Tear the top corner open by 2cm, heat for 1 min in a 750W/Cat D microwave, open and watch out for the steam. Job done!
