Product details Description White Wine Suitable for vegans Vieilles Vignes This cuvée is made from very old vines grown on the limestone soils of the ancient slopes of Chablis the roots weave across age-old cracks in the subsoil and are perfectly resistant to climatic hazards to ensure optimal maturation of the grapes. Long aging on lees brings roundness and complexity to this Premier Cru with saline and mineral notes characteristic of its terroir. A deep knowledge of the soils and subsoils of Chablis allows J.
