The soya plant has been grown for centuries in Asia for its array of nutritional benefits. Soya is an increasingly popular food ingredient nowadays, however its benefits can also be extracted and used for supplementation.
Take 2 Capsule/capsules per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
