What is it?
These Curcumin capsules aim to nourish your body, so your mind and spirit can follow. They have a greater bioavailability than standard turmeric tablets because they are made of extracted curcumin – the active ingredient in turmeric. This supplement also contains vitamin D, which contributes to normal bones and muscle function.
These capsules allow you to get straight to the active plant goodness of turmeric! A Southeast Asian super spice, turmeric has been used for thousands of years. It comes from the Zingiberaceae family, just like ginger, and all its potential benefits lie in the plant’s roots. Top tip: make sure you include some black pepper in your diet – it aids the absorption of turmeric in the body.
