What is it?

Holland & Barrett High Fibre Blend contains a blend of fruit, vegetable, psyllium husk and oat bran fibre. These capsules include a combination of soluble and insoluble dietary fibres.

Directions

Take three capsules daily with a minimum of 250ml of water, preferably before an evening meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
