Take as directed, one to three times daily. Children: 12 years and older; take as directed, 1/2 the adult dose daily. Do not exceed stated dose. Please ensure adequate consumption of water when increasing dietary fibre - Minimum of 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.
Consult with your doctor before using this product if you have or have had bowel obstruction or diabetes. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 12.An allergic reaction may result in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
