Highland Park have crafted award-winning whisky in the Orkney Islands since 1798. With its flavour profile driven by slow maturation in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, this spicy and well-rounded single malt Scotch whisky is packed with flavours of Seville oranges and rich fruitcake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. There’s molten heather honey in its waves of heather peat smoke too. Superb alongside a pan-fried rib-eye steak or smoked salmon and sour cream.
