Care and use:
Before using this item for the first time, remove all packaging including the hanging clip. Hand wash it in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly
Dishwasher safe. Remove as soon as the cycle ends and dry thoroughly before storing
To remove burnt-on food, leave to cool, then soak in warm soapy water. Wash using a nylon scouring pad if necessary
Don’t use abrasive cleaners or metal scourers
Grease lightly before each use, so food doesn’t stick
Can be used with most metal kitchen utensils
Oven safe to 240°C / 475°F / Gas Mark 9
Leave to cool completely before washing or soaking. This will prevent warping
