Slow-Cooked Chicken Thighs - In a hot frying pan, brown chicken thighs. Place chicken in a slow cooker along with sliced onion and peppers. Pour over the Mild Fajita Simmer Sauce. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and easily falls apart. Shred chicken with two forks and serve with warmed Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps and Gran Luchito Refried Beans on the side. This recipe also works well with pork shoulder.
Steak en Salsa Roja - Slice 400g of steak into chunks then fry in a hot frying pan until browned all over. Add the Mild Fajita Cooking Sauce, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve with warmed Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps & Gran Luchito Refried Beans on the side. For added spice top with Gran Luchito Fire Roasted Serranos.

Mild Red Fajita Recipe
Serves 3-4
400g Chicken Breast
2 Onions
1 Red Pepper & 1 Yellow Pepper
1 Pack Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps
300g Mild Fajita Simmer Sauce
1. Thinly slice the chicken, peppers & onions.
2. Fry peppers & onions in large frying pan for 5 mins.
3. Add the chicken. Continue to fry for 5 mins until chicken is golden brown.
4. Pour in Mild Fajita Simmer Sauce & bring to simmer.
5. Simmer for 10 mins stirring occasionally.
6. Place 2 spoons of chicken filling onto warmed Soft Taco Wraps.
7. Top with sour cream, guacamole, grated cheese & Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa. Roll & enjoy!
