Preparation and Usage
Just add veggie sausages, beans, vegetables and water for slow cooking.
Instructions
Oven cook - From Ambient. Gordon Says, \Don't worry if you don't have a slow cooker. Preheat your oven to 150C/gas mark 3. Simply follow the same preparation instructions, place in an oven proof casserole dish, cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours or until the beans and vegetables are tender\

V and Easy Vive le Veg Cassoulet Gourmet Sauce Mix
Shopping List
8 Vegetarian Sausages
2 Peppers, chopped
1 Red Onion, sliced
1 Sweet Potato, chopped
1 Tin Tomatoes (400g)
1 Tin Haricot Beans (400g)
200ml Water
Gordon Recommends:
Substitute 125ml of water with red wine for a richer flavour. Serve with crusty bread or a gluten free alternative.
Slow Cooking Instructions
1. Drain the haricot beans and add to your slow cooker pot with the vegetarian sausages, tomatoes and chopped vegetables.
2. Blend the Vive Le Veg Cassoulet Sauce Mix with the water and add to the slow cooker pot, stir thoroughly.
3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low or until the sausages, beans and vegetables are tender and cooked through (keep covered during cooking, cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
4. Remove the lid and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
