Keep on the move with a battery life lasting up to 5 days in smartwatch mode and 6 days in analogue-only mode and keep your contacts aware of your location with the incident detection feature. Stay on top of your wellness goals with apps dedicated for yoga, walking, cardio and mindful breathing. When your vívomove® Sport is connected to your smartphone’s GPS you can accurately track your outdoor walks, runs and bike rides. The vívomove® Sport is even swim rated so can join you for a dip in the pool or a relaxing spa day. You can also keep an eye on your blood oxygen saturation at any point during the day with the Pulse Ox sensor, or even during periods of sleep. Log your daily fluid intake to remind you to stay hydrated and even track your menstrual cycle or pregnancy with the Garmin Connect™ app.

Before you can use your device, you must plug it into a power source to turn it on
To use the connected features of the vívomove® Sport device, it must be paired directly through the Garmin Connect™ app, instead of from the Bluetooth® settings on your smartphone
From the app store on your smartphone, install the Garmin Connect app
Plug the small end of the USB cable into the charging port on your device
Plug the USB cable into a power source to turn on the device (Charging the Device)

Select an option to add your device to your Garmin Connect account:
If this is the first device you have paired with the Garmin Connect app, follow the on-screen instructions
If you have already paired another device with the Garmin Connect app, from the Menu symbol or Menu symbol menu, select Garmin Devices > Add Device, and follow the on-screen instructions
After you pair successfully, a message appears, and your device syncs automatically with your smartphone
