Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat your oven to 200C.
Season your Future Sausage with your favorite spices and a dash of olive oil. Cook for 9 minutes (if thawed) / 13 minutes (if frozen), turning half way through, until they're 71C and juicy inside and the skin is super crispy!; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Preheat your pan on medium heat for 3 minutes. Cook for 5 minutes (if thawed) / 7 minutes (if frozen), turning constantly, until sausages reach an internal temperature of 71C. Pro tip: brush some oil on the sides so it stays moist inside while the skin gets super crunchy!
