Preparation

Cooking Instructions
Makes 20 Dosai of approx 35g each:
1. Mix in a large bowl, 900m1 (30 fl.oz) of water & the Fudco Dosai instant mix. Stir into a smooth batter and keep aside for 10 minutes.
2. Apply a little sunflower oil on a non stick pan (tawa). Whisk batter once more before use. Pour approximately 75ml of batter into the centre on the pan (tawa). Spread the batter in an outward circular motion to get a thin Dosai of around 8 inches in diameter. Place the non stick pan (tawa) on a medium heat.
3. Sprinkle a few drops of oil around the edges and fry until golden brown. Fold & remove. For the next Dosai, rub or wipe the pan with a small wet cloth. Note: It is essential to cool the pan before preparing each Dosai.
Serving suggestion: Stuff the Dosai with Onion-Potato Sabji and serve it with hot Fudco Instant Sambhar and Coconut chutney to make it tastier.
