Air Fry - From Frozen. Preheat air fryer at 180C and cook for 8-9 minutes, turning once.; Cooking Instructions - General. Appliances vary, these instructions are guides only.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 180C/360 F/Gas mark 6. Place on an oven tray.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Do not overcook as this will spoil the texture.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
