Preparation and usage:
Pour 50g of porridge and 250ml of cold water, dairy or vegan milk into a saucepan. On a low heat slowly bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
To microwave, pour 50g of porridge & 250ml of water or milk into a bowl and cook on full for 2 minutes. Stir then place back in microwave for 1 minute. Leave to cool and thicken.
Top with a combination of your favourite seasonal fruits, honey, nut butters or preserves.
