How to use
PILLOW SPRAY 100 mL e 3.38 FL. OZ. DIRECTIONS: Spray a generous amount onto your pillow to relax you as you drift into a peaceful sleep.
SWEET DREAMS OIL BURNER/ SWEET DREAMS ESSENTIAL OIL DIRECTIONS: Fill the bowl at the top of the burner with 15gms / 3 teaspoons of water and place 10 - 15 drops of Sweet Dreams Essential oil on the water. Place your favourite tea light underneath the bowl. Top up with warm water when required.
