Our Caramelised Onion & Welsh Beef Steak Burgers are made using prime cuts of forequarters and steak â with a rich onion chutney for an indulgent sweetness and succulent bite.We only ever use Welsh Beef which has protected geographical indication. This means it has come only from cattle born and bred in Wales, who have benefited from our unique climate and landscape giving the meat a distinctive flavour, look out for the Welsh Beef PGI logo which provides assurance of where our meat comes from.
Suitable for freezing Product life guaranteed for 4 days excluding delivery day, with an average of 5.5 days. Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Grill: Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 22-24 min, turning regularly. Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry on a medium heat for 22-24 min, turning regularly. Oven: Place on a oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190C/Fan 170C/Gas Mark 5 for approx. 28-30 minutes, turning halfway. Preparation and Usage
Instructions
